Refund policy

Order Cancellations:

We understand that you may need to cancel your order. You are eligible to cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. Once the 1-hour window has passed, your order will be processed for fulfillment, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final. Damaged or Incorrect Items: We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at (Glyst.06@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will review your request and, if verified, arrange for a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
